Small-batch coffee roasted in our centuries-old courtyard in Charlotte Amalie—where sacks, ships, merchants, and improbable stories have always found their way ashore.
KD–C01 / House blend
Washed Yirgacheffe meets a measured touch of Puerto Rican Yauco: bright citrus and jasmine up front, cocoa and island warmth on the long finish.
KD–C02 / Courtyard roast
The dependable first cup: chocolate, roasted almond, brown sugar, and enough depth to survive conversations before sunrise.
KD–C03 / Limited arrival
A rotating small-lot coffee chosen for clarity, sweetness, and the particular pleasure of having nowhere urgent to be.
Bottled in the islands
Scotch bonnets, tropical fruit, rum, garlic, and a complete lack of interest in timid food. Built for eggs, fish, grilled meat, roadside lunches, and late-night experiments.
IM–H01 / Golden heat
Mango, coconut, island rum, and Scotch bonnet. It begins sunny, turns dangerous, and leaves on excellent terms.
IM–H02 / Fire & smoke
Charred pineapple, smoky spice, and Scotch bonnet heat. Made for grilled pork, chicken, fish, and otherwise respectable people.
IM–H03 / Island sriracha
Red jalapeños, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, and a discreet Scotch bonnet ambush. Familiar enough to trust. Different enough to hide.
Island Mike field wear
Sun-washed cotton, old-ink graphics, and the sort of advice that improves considerably after the last ferry leaves. Designed to look lived in before you begin living in it.
